The Way to Sovereign Wisdom

These Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) govern participation in The Way of Sovereign Wisdom (“Academy,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By applying to, enrolling in, or participating in any program, session, event, or service offered by the Academy, you agree to the following terms.

1. Nature of Services

The Way of Sovereign Wisdom provides spiritual education, personal development guidance, and community-based learning experiences.

Our programs are educational in nature and are not medical, psychological, legal, or financial services. Participation does not establish a therapist-client, medical provider, or licensed professional relationship.

2. Personal Responsibility

By participating, you acknowledge:

• You are responsible for your own physical, emotional, and mental well-being.
• You voluntarily engage in all activities and discussions.
• You will seek licensed professional support if needed.
• Sovereign Resolution Protocol: In the event of any controversy, claim, or dispute arising out of this Agreement or the partnership briefing, the parties agree to first attempt a good-faith resolution through direct executive negotiation. If the matter is not resolved within thirty (30) days, the parties agree to submit the dispute to binding mediation or arbitration in Texas, US, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA) or JAMS. Both parties waive the right to pursue claims in a public court of law or participate in class-action litigation, ensuring that all matters are handled with the privacy and conduct required of a Starseed union.

You understand that growth work may bring up emotional discomfort, and you accept responsibility for how you process and respond to that experience.

3. Code of Conduct

All participants agree to:

• Treat others with respect and dignity
• Maintain confidentiality of shared personal experiences
• Refrain from harassment, discrimination, or harmful behavior
• Participate with honesty and accountability
• The Academy reserves the right to remove any participant who violates community standards, without refund if misconduct is involved.
• Mutual Professional Integrity: Both the Applicant and the Sovereign Way Academy (including its officers and affiliates) agree to refrain from making, publishing, or communicating any defamatory, disparaging, or negative remarks, comments, or statements concerning the other party’s business, reputation, or character in any public or private forum. This includes, but is not limited to, social media, digital platforms, or communications with third parties. This clause is intended to protect the sacred frequency and professional goodwill of the Seven Crowns mission and remains in effect indefinitely following the briefing or partnership term.
• The information shared within this academy may include perspectives, insights, or experiences that are new, unfamiliar, or challenging to some participants. All teachings are presented from personal lived experience and spiritual practice, and are not intended to offend, impose belief, or invalidate individual viewpoints. Participants are encouraged to receive the information with discernment and personal responsibility. Differences in opinion are respected, and each individual retains the right to their own understanding and beliefs.

4. Confidentiality

We are committed to maintaining the privacy of participant information as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

Participants agree not to share, record, or distribute personal information disclosed during sessions.

While we uphold confidentiality, we cannot guarantee the behavior of all participants.

5. Intellectual Property

All materials provided by The Way of Sovereign Wisdom — including curriculum, teachings, written materials, recordings, and branding — are the intellectual property of the Academy.

Materials may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without written permission.

6. Payments & Refunds

• Non-Refundable Partnership Briefing: The $999.00 one-on-one application fee is a commitment to the initial briefing and alignment process; this payment is strictly non-refundable as it covers the expert guidance, the strategic PDF, and the reservation of a limited consultation slot.
• Crown Partnership Payment: Once a Master Territory Tuition or investment payment is processed to secure a continent’s “Crown,” all funds are considered final and non-refundable to protect the exclusivity of the territory and the immediate commencement of the Guidance Center setup.
• 48-Hour Commitment Window: Upon receiving your invitation to schedule, all partnership payments must be completed within 48 hours to secure your appointment slot; failure to finalize payment or provide a cancellation notice within this 48-hour window will result in the release of your territory’s hold to the next applicant.

7. Media & Recordings

Photography, video, or audio recordings may occur during events or sessions.

Written consent will be obtained before using identifiable media for promotional purposes. Participants may opt out of media use.

Unauthorized recording of sessions by participants is prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Way of Sovereign Wisdom is not liable for:

• Personal decisions made by participants
• Emotional outcomes related to participation
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• No guarantee of results. Results are measured by the individuals Will.

Participation is voluntary and undertaken at your own discretion.

9. Right to Refuse or Terminate Participation

The Academy reserves the right to:

• Decline applications
• Suspend or remove participants who violate these Terms
• Modify programming as needed
• Superior Force & Cosmic Alignment: Neither party shall be held liable or responsible for any failure or delay in performing their obligations under this agreement (excluding payment obligations) if such failure is caused by acts beyond their reasonable control. This includes, but is not limited to, “Acts of God,” natural disasters, global pandemics, government restrictions, war, or significant celestial/atmospheric disruptions that make the performance of the briefing or the establishment of a Guidance Center temporarily impossible or impracticable. During such an event, obligations are suspended until the “Superior Force” has subsided, at which point the 48-hour scheduling protocol will resume.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions as the Academy evolves. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of any updates.

Failure to read these documents does not exempt participants from compliance, and The Way of Sovereign Wisdom cannot be held responsible for misunderstandings resulting from not reviewing this information.

The guidance and teachings I offer are based on my personal experience, wisdom, and practice of sovereignty, manifestation, and spiritual growth. In the academy, I meet as an avatar, rather than fully as myself, to protect my frequency, maintain energetic boundaries, and create a safe, judgment-free space for all participants to concentrate on the message. I am not responsible for how this information is applied, or for any outcomes, healing, or results participants may experience. Participation is voluntary and undertaken at your own discretion.
